I fell in love with this dress at 1st sight. Amazing pattern, vivid colors, awesome fit...what's not to love?? While I was able to easily fit the size 14, I wish Diane von Furstenberg would consider expanding into plus sizes; so many of her designs would transform beautifully. So many brands are missing out and it's a shame.
I can't end this post without mentioning these boots. We all know how much of a struggle it is to find stylish wide calf boots that actually fit. My calves are 19 inches and these boots from Michael Antonio are a great fit. They do not specify as being wide calf, but when shopping for boots, make sure to pay special attention to the calf width. As the shoe size goes up, the calf size often does as well. I am high heel wearer and I find these very comfortable. While this heel height may not be for all, it definitely works for some. I have several pairs of knee/over the knee boots from this brand and they all fit very well.
