7/14/13

Hello All! I'm writing this post the night after the Trayvon Martin verdict and I am still in shock. I felt so much anger/hurt/disappointment last night and have been praying my way through it. I was so happy that I had scheduled a brunch date with a friend that I haven't seen in a while; it was a much needed release. I found this tunic (worn as a dress) from Kaarta Imports in Harlem. Kaarta is super friendly and patient...I know I got on his nerves with asking to try on everything. I was supposed to have the arms of this sewn shut but I like the way it hangs, so I'm leaving it.
Wedges are pretty old (Aldo) but I see a similar pair here.
Until next time, be good to yourselves and to others.

Why am I always talking mid photo???

  6. Love this outfit I don't know why but I always shy away from over sized dresses as I think they won't look good on me, but you look perfection, so theory out of the window! x
